Hi, I am Elaine Sackville-West of Miss Elaine's Stained Glass. My husband, Jack Sackville-West, and I have a our home and small studio on the ocean at Long Beach WA.
We have been creating stained glass using the lead came method for nearly twelve years and selling it in local gift shops and craft fairs.

Once an item is purchased, it will take 3 to 15 days to ship. Since we are a very small business...we will notify you of any unforseen delays or shortages. These items are glass and breakage is always possible. I will inform you of breakage and will try to work out a solution for a replacement item.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations:
If you are not completely staisfied with your purchase, just return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Full refunds for the cost of the item (less S&H)on all items that are returned in original condition. Some custom items are not refundable. Please contact us before return any item. All items are insured. Any damage claims will be handled through the shipping agency.

As with stained glass art, colors and textures may vary from photos.
Suction cups:
Suction cups should be licked, placed un the window firmly, and left for 24 hours before hanging suncatcher. They should be check once or twice a month of tight suction. Using a hook or cup hook and fishing line is the best way to pernamently hang a suncatcher or picture.
